This Privacy Policy explains how Gambino Gold, Inc. (“Gambino Gold,” “PowerMine,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our services, including our PowerMine SMS/text messaging program.
Information we collect
- Contact & account information you provide: name, mobile phone number, email address, and account identifiers.
- Sign-up context: the venue/store and terminal where you signed up, the date and time of your consent, and the version of the consent text you agreed to.
- Transaction & session information: machine-time sessions, session start/stop, receipts, rewards, and account notices related to your play.
- Usage & device information: IP address and basic device/browser data collected via standard logs.
How we use information
- To provide and operate our services (including machine-time sessions and rewards).
- To send you the promotional and account text messages you opted in to receive on the PowerMine terminal (offers, reward and event notices, session confirmations, receipts, and account notices).
- To segment communications by the venue and market where you signed up, so offers and events are relevant to your local store.
- To provide customer support and to secure, maintain, and improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations, including retaining proof of SMS consent.
SMS / text messaging
Our PowerMine text program is opt-in; you consent on the cabinet screen at sign-up or on our website at gambino.gold/join. Details, including how to opt in and out, are in our Messaging Terms & Conditions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time.
How we share information — and what we never share
We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our SMS provider Twilio, hosting, and customer-support vendors) strictly to perform services on our behalf, and when required by law.
No mobile information (phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data) will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in and consent are used only to deliver the PowerMine messaging program you signed up for. Information may be shared with subcontractors solely in support services such as customer service; all such categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Data retention & security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (including retaining SMS consent records for compliance), and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may opt out of texts any time (reply STOP), request access to or deletion of your information, and update your contact details by contacting us at info@gambino.gold.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
