These Messaging Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text message program operated by Gambino Gold, Inc. (“Gambino Gold,” “PowerMine,” “we,” “us”).
1. Program & description
PowerMine is our opt-in text program for players who sign up at a PowerMine cabinet or on our website at gambino.gold/join. It is a promotional and transactional (mixed) program. Messages may include:
- Promotional messages: free-play and reward drops, gear and giveaway offers, tournaments and events, community milestone rewards (for example, network free-hour events), and local deals from participating venues.
- Account & session messages: session confirmations, receipts, reward notifications, and account notices related to your play.
2. How you opt in (consent)
You opt in on the PowerMine cabinet screen during sign-up, or on our website at gambino.gold/join: you enter your own mobile number and check an SMS consent box that is unchecked by default. The exact consent shown on the cabinet screen and on the web form reads:
“Text me PowerMine updates & offers. By checking this box I agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account text messages from Gambino Gold, Inc. (PowerMine) at the mobile number I entered. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See SMS Terms & Privacy.”
Consent is captured by the customer directly — on the terminal screen or on the web form. We do not collect opt-ins verbally, and staff do not enter a mobile number on a customer’s behalf. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not opted in.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity, promotions, and account events.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
5. Opt out
Reply STOP (or OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL) to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

7. Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
